Ever sense Fudge denied that LV was back, I"ve had my suspicions 
about him.  And then he's all buddy buddy with Lucius in OoP.  
There's something funny about Fudge, and I don't think it's just that 
he's willing to do anything to save his job.  Even after he saw LV 
himself, he wanted to deny it.  He didn't just deny the reappearance 
of LV, he goes to EXTREME lengths to try and get Harry either 
expelled or totally disregarded by the wizarding world.  I mean come 
on, to try him in front of the entire court for an underage wizardry 
is pretty strange.  And the fact that he changed the time but didn't 
send any notice.  He's up to something I know it, and shutting up 
Barty Crouch Jr. was just the start of it.
