I have yet to see an interview where she doesn't say *first* : IF 
Harry survives...
In any and every single interview I've read, she's made it very 
clear that any talk about Harry's future life after book 7 is purely 
speculative. If you know of an interview where she says differently, 
I'd love to see it.

Conclusion : we don't know whether Harry will survive or not.
