Not too long ago I saw a post that points out that Draco's anagrams 
into Lord of a YMCA.  I can't stop laughing at that!  And there do 
not seem to be any quotes about this anagram from JKR.  So we just 
don't know if it has any bearing to the plot at all.

Yes, Perseus is a constellation and there could be a connection.  But 
I think a more likely connection is that Severus, Lucius and Albus 
are all Latin/Roman names.

BTW Phineas anagrams into Hi Snape  :-)
