Hopefully they did their homework after the Bode incident, or Lucius 
was going to wind up at St. Mungos! That assumes LV bothered to find 
out who could hold the Prophecy once it was removed, which is a big 
assumption. Still, it sounds likely anyone could touch it once Harry 
or LV removed it.
