But you can look at this from two points of view. In the WW it
might not matter who touched the orb after Harry took it down. As a
literary devise it is possibly significant that it was Neville who
touched it. I cannot give pages or even which books, but at least
twice Harry had dreams about being replaced at quidditch by Neville.
This was before we knew about the prophecy.
