Maybe Sirius just sent the order by owl order and had it charged to
the bank account? There must be an alternative to "cash"
transactions, such as draft accounts, charge accounts, etc. I too
have wondered how Sirius could access his Gringott's account as well
as how he could bequeath his property or accounts to anyone,
considering he is an escaped prisoner. That is assuming we are told
about this in future books.
Lynnette, who thinks Snape IS a good guy, even if he is NOT a nice
guy!
