Let me start with a question; has Harry's vault number ever been
mention in the books (or the movie)?

It thought it was six hundred something.

In any event, it seems very logical that the vault was either Flamel's
or a high security vault Dumbledore procured when Flamel gave him the
Stone for safe keeping. That would assume that Gringotts was
Dumbledore's first stage of security for the stone, when he felt he
couldn't trust that anymore, he moved it to Hogwarts.

One would tend to lean away from it being Flamel's, since it is a
letter from Dumbledore that authorized Hagrid to remove it rather than
a letter from Flamel. But then again, we only know that A letter was
given to Hagrid by Dumbledore. We don't actually know that the letter
itself was written by Dumbledore. It could have been a letter written
by Flamel to Dumbledore authorizing removal of the stone which
Dumbledore in turn gave to Hagrid.

Which is my way of saying, it's Dumbledore or Flamel's, but beyond
that I don't have clue. {I very sure that was of great help to the
overal discussion ;)}

I want to make another point, although I'm not sure how helpful it
will be. We have seen three types of vaults so far; three types and
three sizes.

My read of the Weasley vault is that it is more like a private bank
box (Safety Deposit Box) in that I don't get the impression of a
walk-in vault, but a small cubbyhole vault that is a little bigger
than a bread box. The book doesn't confirm that but that's my read of it.

Next we have Harry's key access walk-in vault. Then we have vault 713
which contains the Stone; it's a wali-in vault, but a vault that can
only be opened by a Goblin.

So we see three sized/types and more importantly three levels of
security. Although, as other have pointed out in the past, we don't
know if the Goblins use a logical numbering scheme for thier vaults;
seven thirteen could be miles away from seven fourteen. While that is
possible, I think it is more logical to assume that 711 and 713 are
near each other and are similar types of vaults; high security vaults.

So, to the point, I think that the sseven hundred series of vaults are
high security vaults. Logically, people with significant wealth and
pocession would want high security vaults and they would logically be
old wizard families that have had generations to build their wealth.

But let's not forget that the Weasleys are an old pureblood family,
but that old pureblood status doesn't necessarily mean they have a
huge walk-in vault.

As to whether Sirius accessed the Black Family vault or his personal
vault, again I'm at a stalemate. On one hand, he is the sole surviving
direct descendant which would mean he would have access to the Family
account. On the other hand, he has been estranged from the family for
many years, and would seem more inclined to live his life independant
of his family. Extending that, we would then assume he accessed his
own account. But on the other other hand, accessing his personal
account would, in my view, draw a lot more attention to himself than
accessing the Family account. So, in the end, I guess I don't know.

Stalemate. For what it's worth.
