1) Dumbledore has one in the form of a map of London Underground 
above his left knee (mentioned once in Book#1)
2) Moody has hardly nothing BUT scars on his skin, and I would say 
that quite a many of them, if not all, are curse scars. I believe 
Fudge was referring to Moody (who also has this reputation as a 
paranoid person giving out false alarms and a bit grazy, too - not 
that the real Moody was like that at all, but Fudge believed him to 
be so..)
