The Sergeant Majorette says

"Sunny Jim" is just a phrase. I remember it from old British gangster 
movies, as in "I'm keepin' an eye on ya, Sunny Jim, so don't try any 
monkey business, see?"

And the British are a lot less squeamish about looks than we are. 
Remember also the "Two Fat Ladies that Cook". By the way, the Fat 
Lady will be played in PoA by Dawn French, of French and Saunders 
(Jennifer Saunders being Edina of AbFab)
