What Is Professor Flitwick?

Carol:
Despite his size and unusually sweet disposition, he seems in all
other respects to be a normal wizard. I think the Slytherins, who are
so obnoxious to Hagrid, might give him some flack if they suspected
that he wasn't full-blooded. I think any suggestion that he's
goblinlike is pure movie contamination--and he's not servile like a
house-elf, either. 

Who else do we know who's described as tiny? The Creevey brothers,
especially Dennis, and they're Muggle-borns. Flitwick could have a
similar background. My vote is pure human till proven otherwise.
