are treated so differently... since they were both babies when they
entered the family.

Finwitch:
1. Well, for one thing some of my own relatives do vary a lot when it
comes to being fat or skinny. Secondly, I'd say that both kids take
after their father's. (how many times do we hear Harry looks exactly
like James except for Lily's eyes - and, I might add, he acts more
like Lily, too. Dudley acts like his father and his body's like him,
too). Third, this is Harry's family, so differences come out instead
of similarities that an outsider would pick up. And of Weasley's, we
have Arthur, who collects plugs and seems to have no ambition; Molly
who's a bit overprotective (well, you saw her boggart) with lots of
love to give; Bill, who used to be the curse-breaker but now works
for the Order (and looks cool - Dangerous business); Charlie, who
worked with dragons in Romania (although I suppose he's coming to the
order, too - and that's dangerous, too); Percy, who, it seems, was
obsessive about rules and ended up breaking up with his family for
his own ambition (oh, Percy, who went as far as to return the
jumper... and even after Fudge is convinced about Voldemort's return,
Percy doesn't believe!); Fred&George who now have Weasley's Wizard
Wheezes, made themselves a legend etc. (their explosives ARE
dangerous, too - but I suppose their dragon-skin jackets satisfied
Molly a bit - they ARE taking safety precautions, after all... and
she didn't have much to say to Bill & Charlie about their career
choices, either, now that they are there); Ron who tries to exceed
his older brothers; Ginny who's the only girl...
2. Well, compensation ... I wonder what it was that Dudley saw/heard
when the Dementors attacked him? Got to be more than the big-tail &
ton-tongue Toffee&Zoo-with-snake... something that happened when
Dudley was small, something Harry can't remember.
Harry's been given Occlumency lessons in order to avoid those 'dream-
visions'... is he allowed to do that during Summer or does it
contradict that Reasonable Restirction of Underage Magic(or what ever
it is called)? Not that he learned any, not with Snape 'giving him
lessons', but maybe he'll pick it up? Or does he think he's not
allowed, what with all those magic-banning laws binding him there...
What if Harry looks Dudley or Petunia into eyes and accidentally uses
Legilemens on either (Well, Dumbledore can do that without wand), and
thus finds out what Petunia avoids saying with:"Don't ask questions".
