This quote got me wondering.
Why does Fudge ask Mrs Figg whether Squibs can see Dementors? Is it
because some people (IOW, Muggles) can't?
When Dudley was attacked by a Dementor, did he see it? Later he
claims it was Harry who attacked him, which could very well be no
more than a lie, but did he actually see something? If he didn't, it
would be quite natural of him to assume it was Harry who attacked
him.
