My first post on this forum. Please be gentle. :)

I've been reading a lot of the SHIP posts (recent, and some older
ones), and while I am not entirely sold on any particular theory of
how it will all turn out, there is one point that I have not seen
mentioned yet, so I thought I'd throw it out. If someone has already
mentioned this and i missed it, I apologize.

The common sentiment that I have seen expressed by the non-R/H camp
is that, while it is clear that Ron likes Hermione, there is no
evidence that she has feelings for him. But there is at least one (I
think) solid piece of evidence to that effect. In Chapter 21 of
OotP, Ron gets jealous when he sees Hermione writing her long letter
to Krum right in front of him in the common room. Then in Chapter
26, Hermione and Harry are talking about Harry's date with Cho, and
Harry complains that Cho had spent the whole date talking about other
guys (Cedric and Roger Davies). To this, Hermione laughs and
says, "Harry, you're worse than Ron..." Hermione then proceeds to
explain to Harry that Cho had probably been trying to make him
jealous, to find out how much Harry liked her.

What did Hermione mean by "Harry, you're worse than Ron?" Isn't she
basically telling us that she had been trying to make Ron jealous
when she wrote the long letter to Krum in front of him? Or is there
another meaning that I am overlooking?
