parents were "freaks" as well. I'm pretty sure Lily was a muggle-born 
and JKR's site should say "maternal grandparents", not "mother's 
grandparents."

But if it isn't a flub-up... well, that's a whole new can of worms! 
Of course, that doesn't explain Petunia's remarks, unless she was 
just making them for Vernon. Notice that Petunia doesn't criticize 
her sister unless Vernon is around to hear it. Would he have married 
her if he knew her parents were wizards?
