Ron's answer was to the question from Harry, "Are all your family wizards?" to which Ron said "Er - yes, I think so.  I think Mum's got a second cousin who's an accountant, but we never talk about him."    Which is not to say that the second cousin isn't a squib, but it wasn't a reply in relation to a question about Squibs.
