Jen: Technically? No :). It's been one of those hotly debated 
topics. All we know from Harry's flashbacks in POA is she's pleading 
with Voldemort not to kill Harry, "Not Harry, not Harry, please not 
Harry...take me, kill me instead--." (US, chap. 9, p. 179).

She just doesn't sound like someone with the wand at the ready, 
prepared to fight with Voldemort. She never makes any defensive 
action (that we hear about anyway). So, speculatively? I think she 
was wandless.
