Something I would have caught on my own if my French didn't suck soooo
bad, but I found this (from here:

interesting:

Nobility... You know this is the only time that I can find, including
in the books (though I admit I haven't really gone back through and
searched for it) that Jo mentions nobility... Just interesting the
context of the title of book six.
Someone has probably already posted about this, but I couldn't find
it, so I'm posting too.
