I don't ever remember reading any conversation between Fudge and
Dumbledore regarding Harry's scar.

Sorry for the late reply, and I hope I'm not duplicating any info.

Unless I'm mistaken, Fudge read about Harry's scar in the last Rita 
Skeeter article, the one where she goes on and on about his scar. I 
doubt DD would have mentioned anything to Fudge, git that Fudge is.
