It's on the US Edition, pg 611, second paragraph of
the Rita Skeeter article, which points out to the rest
of the WW that Harry's scar hurts.
"Potter, the Daily Prophet can exclusively reveal,
regularly collapses at school, and is often heard to
complain of pain in the scar on his forehead (relic of
the curse with which You-Know-Who appempted to kill
him). On Monday last, midway through a Divination
lesson, your Daily Prophet reporter witnessed Potter
storming from the class, claiming that his scar was
hurting to badly to continue."
Rita's article continues about how Potter's unstable
and crying for attention.
I don't think it was ever discussed before with Fudge,
or else he wouldn't have been so ... stupid ...
