The next time JKR does some kind of chat or interview I hope this
question comes up. Because with the exception of Dumbledore and
perhaps McGonagall, most of the other characters seem to be - you'll
pardon the expression - acting their ages. Does the process slow
down when you hit 60 or so, when every year suddenly becomes two?
Or will we find in Book 6 that Dumbledore has been living on a
dwindly supply of Elixer of Life, like his (presumably by now) late
friend Nicholas Flamel?
