I think there are at least a few more.  The most obvious is Fleur,
although maybe you didn't consider her an adult.  Catlady (in #110094)
has pointed out Madame Pomfrey has a flower name (Poppy).  Andromeda
is also a flower, although also a constellation (and a mythic princess).  

What with Lavender and Pansy and Moaning Myrtle, not to mention Lupin,
perhaps it could be said that Rowling simply likes flower names.
