This may be the case, but as I understand it Alberforth - Dumbledore's 
brother, and the vaguely familiar, surly barkeep of the HogsHead - is 
barely literate and has a unwholesome interest in goats.  I'm not sure 
he's a suitable applicant - even for the much maligned DADA post.  ;-)
