And of course, there's Arthur Weasley, as well as Percy, who may or may not be named 
Percival. 

There's been some discussion of this topic, but no firm conclusions, I think. There are all 
sorts of possible resonances for the Arthurian connection--the major one being simply to 
reinforce the Weasley's Englishness, and the fact that these are the good guys...

There's also the fact that her name means "white and smooth" in Welsh. Which could have 
all sorts of meanings...
