Yes....but think about the physical implications. Mme Maxime is not a 
full sized giantess. Giving birth to a full sized giant baby would be 
risky to say the least. I guess that at least she lives in the WW, 
where it may be possible both to accomodate and ease the passage of 
such an infant by the use of well placed engorgement charms or the 
like, but to be honest, I'd rather not think about it too closely.
