Mel:
I agree with this.  As I'm not sure that this vision was 
actually "confirmed" to Harry as being exactly true either, but I 
could be wrong.  This entire scene was somewhat strange for the 
books as a whole (I think anyway).

Mel:

He doesn't realize it right away in the Sirius vision either.  He 
thinks he's himself until someone speaks through his mouth.  He had 
never been made aware that it was anyone other than him until the 
last one.  He had every reason to believe that Voldemort would 
eventually go there having concluded that was where the weapon was 
kept (and Voldemort eventually did show up there).  Also, in all 
three cases he sweats a lot and/or feels ill, but not so with just 
the regular hallway dreams.  Plus, Harry knows the difference 
between the dreams and visions.  He didn't go running to DD or worry 
about what Voldemort was up to after having a corridor dream.  
Granted he couldn't tell the difference between the false vision and 
the real ones, but to his knowledge he had not had a false one prior 
to the Sirius one.  Why would he automatically think it was?
