Agreeing not to tell is being an accomplice. Once the DA became
illegal, even if Marrietta had stopped going, she would still have
been breaking the law by not reporting illegal activities she knew about.

Moreover that sheet became much more than just a roll sheet for the
first meeting right from the first practice session, when Hermione
wrote "Dumbledore's army" on top of it. Even if Marrietta had stopped
going, she could have been expelled anyway if the sheet had been found
with her name on it.
