Antosha:

It seems entirely possible that there *would* be a graveyard, either at Hogwarts or in 
Hogsmeade. So I say we take Mr. Cuaron at his word.

Why wouldn't HRH have stumbled across it? Well, there might be spells protecting the 
graveyard--since wizards' remains would seem to be a potential source of great Dark 
Magic. Alternatively, the location could be somewhere protected--a courtyard with no 
doors or windows, say. There was some discussion of this a few months back, but (curse 
yahoo's search function!) I can't seem to find it.

As for Harry not asking where they are--or much of anything else--remember that rule #1 
of the house in which he lived from age one to age eleven was "Don't ask questions"!

Antosha, who believes a visit to the graves of Lily and James will prove both a major plot 
point and a major psychological turning point for Harry in the up-coming books....
