Though I feel slightly presumptuous about correcting two of the most
senior posters of HPFGU, Hagrid never says that Hufflepuffs are a
load of duffers. What he *does* say is "Everyone says Hufflepuffs are
a load o' duffers, but--" before being interrupted by Harry. And
finishes with "Better Hufflepuff than Slytherin." At least to me this
makes it clear that he doesn't share everyone's sentiments on
Hufflepuff.
Does someone else think Cedric would have become head boy if he'd
lived, speaking of Hufflepuffs?
