As for complex rules and artificial laws, that seems like exactly the sort of thing the WW is 
rife with. Betcha we get a first row seat in HBP to the working-out of the disposition of the 
Black family fortune--including Grimmauld Place. Possible claimants: Tonks (as the heir of 
the next oldest Black cousin), Narcissa, Bellatrix, and, possibly, Harry (if Sirius left a will).
