Hermione's Patonus

On IMDB there is a bit of a trivia contest going on. One of the 
questions was: What form does Hermionie's patronus take? Of course 
we know that it's an otter. Another person added that Ron lives in 
Ottery St. Catchpole, possibly as a clue to a R/H ship. I did a 
little searching and found that not only are otters releted to 
weasels, but also to badgers (Hufflepuff), stoats (Stoatshead Hill), 
and polecats (Catchpole?) 

I'm not very up on my UK geography, are there any weasel family name 
of places in Devon? Is this one of JKR's name games, or just a weird 
coincedence?
