But it's so much more interesting to think how the weather can be  
in a fantasy land than what it is like in the real world.

Personally I don't believe it's just a casual talk of weather going 
on here.

I'll stick by my original statement that there is more to the 
weather than we think. IMO Moldy Voldy and probably Harry can have 
an affect on the weather. Who knows, maybe McGuffin will make 
another appearance. <G>
