Dumbledore never addresses Quirrell directly. After Quirrell's
defeat, he calls Quirrell "Professor Quirrell" twice, and just 
"Quirrell" four times, so we have no canon to speak of for the 
professors first name. Curiously, he calls Harry on saying 
"Snape" instead of "Professor Snape" just after calling Professor 
Quirrell nothing but "Quirrell" three times in a row...
