All the interview says is that wizards can be born to muggles.... but
to me at least, it brings up the following question:
At what point do Squibs stop being Squibs and become muggles ? If
Petunia is the daughter of two Squibs, does she remain a squib, or
does she become a muggle because she can't (or doesn't want to) use
magic ?
Also, at what point does a mudblood stop being a mudblood and becomes
a pureblood ? If your great-great-great-great parent was a mudblood,
but then the descendants always married into wizarding families, at
what point does your blood become "pure" enough ?
