Which House were James, Sirius, and Remus in?

Actually it fits the Gryffindor behaviour very well. I think I 
pointed out in a previous post (which didn't show up when I searched 
for it) that it's only a matter of point of view. What James and gang 
did to Severus is similar to what George/Fred did to Umbridge. The 
reasons were different, but the behaviour was the same. So James and 
gang could still have been in Gryffindor.

I don't really care what house they were in, but would be 
disappointed if they were in Slytherin which firstly is my favourite 
house and secondly it would be too much of a stereotype to put them 
there.
