But Mark Evans is only ten -- perhaps he will receive a letter from 
Hogwarts on his eleventh birthday. He could be (and probably is) 
born to muggle parents, and thus would have no knowledge of his 
future. Were this the case, Evans would not be a wizard yet, and 
thus there would be no record of him.
