Dursleys and Memory Charms

Well, I think the answer is the Petunia, Vernon, and Dudley already 
know that Harry is a wizard.  They already know that magic exsits.  
They would have to modify Aunt Marge's memory because she doesn't 
know about the magical world and would probably have a nervous 
breakdown if they didn't.  Although it might be better for Harry if 
the Dursley's didn't remember a few things, there is just no reason 
to do a memory charm on them.  They already know about the wizarding 
world and they are not about to tell anyone about it.
