I agree with you. Harry was not able to produce a Patronus while 
practicing some of the others on the other hand were able to do just 
that (Cho if I remember correctly). So they are at least as good/if 
not better as him imo. And it can't be of Harry's teaching skills 
either because he had Lupin as teacher and Lupin is competent.
