And how did the MoM get such a total control over Hogwarts as well ? 
There used to be a Council of Governors or something like that, in 
control of Hogwarts. What happened to them ? Why do they let the MoM 
take over Hogwarts ? One answer could be that Lucius Malfoy is 
forcing them to, but he already blackmailed them in CoS, so I don't 
think they would let him do it again so soon.
