Hehehehehe! I like it!

Maybe she negotiated a permanently sparkling clean kitchen in return for 
raising Harry? Tonks thought it was 'unnaturally clean', remember?
Whatever the 'pact' was, it can't have included being safe from magic 
evermore. Poor Petunia! Just think what she might have asked for, and 
all she could think of was a self-cleaning kitchen. LOL.
