Now Tonya:

I have always thought taht the map only shows people who are moving
around. So if someone is still, like sitting in a chair, it would
not show them. Canon says things like Peeves bogging, DD pacing,
Snape moving...... Don't have the books with me. So my thought was
that Peter didn't show up until he was in motion, moving out of
Hagrid's house. What do you all think??
