IIRC, the Potters aren't listed, either - so was James then not a pureblood?
IMHO, what we re given are the names on only a small portion of the tapestry
- the Snape lineage could be farther back, or farther away, than the area on
which Sirius focuses. Just because Sirius doesn't mention them, doesn't mean
they're not there.
