There seem to be a lot of people who are just mentioned casually 
throughout the books.  For example both Mrs. Figg and Sirius are 
mentioned before they play important roles in the story.  There are 
several people, and one cat, in the first few chapters of OoP and i 
was just wondering what anyone thinks about them.
