tekay now:

Draco is a "pampered little prince" and played a role in CoS, but he's full-blood, so I would disqualify him there. Plus I don't think Harry really sees him as a threat, based on their conversation at the end of OotP.

This speculation is a lot of fun, but I would love to have the book and know for sure!
