I believe it would be a nice twist in the plot. I re-read a couple of days
 ago The Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone. In the last chapter DD says that
 James once saved Snape's life. And we also learn that Harry had the 
impression that Snape could his mind. And we find out what Occlumency and Legilimency is in OotP. Can this be an indication about what is going to 
happen in the future?
