Diana,

You hit most of the main points I believe.

I would add one other COS item that may have connection with the half 
blood prince title of 6. In the required end-of-book wrap up between 
DD and Harry, DD (not attempting to quote verbatim here) tells Harry 
that it would have to have been a true Gryffindor to pull that sword 
out of the sorting hat.

I'm leaning to GG being the half blood prince, or prince of half 
bloods, and Harry is a blood relative.
