Jim adds:

And she doesn't even have to kill him, just better him in some 
humiliating way.  I picture a scene where she is protecting her 
Dudders and thwarts some spell in front of Draco and/or Harry and/or 
Ron or any number of other witnesses.  Can you imagine the 
conversation between Harry and Draco on the Hogwarts Express?!?!  
This could be simply precious.
