One of them did stop moving. Voldemort. The moment he AKed Harry, Harry
became the boy from the prophecy, up until that moment he wasn't. And as
soon as that happened, Voldemort got vaporized. True, he's been reborn, but
we don't know exactly what he is, it's possible what he is isn't classified
as being alive. Personally, I think that the part of the prophecy that says
that Harry and Voldemort can't both exist has already been fulfilled.
Voldemort isn't dead, but he's not alive and Harry is.
