Depends on what you are using to qualify a happy memory.  Sirius nearly 
getting his soul sucked out might be a happy memory for Snape but it certainly 
wouldn't be for Harry.  While Snape hanging upside down showing his skivvies might 
have been Sirius' happy thought (Or possibly Lupin's).
