Yes, but I think Petunia would do **anything** to protect Dudley, so 
it's not out of the question, in my mind.  

Pam (also convinced that "remember my last" refers to DD writing 
that the Dursleys must provide safe harbor for Harry in order for 
Dudley to be protected, as well, but not sure why?)
