Now that Sirius is dead, will the permission slip he signed for Harry 
to go to Hogsmeade still stand?

Gina: At 17 wouldn't he be considered of age? You can apparate at 17 right?
If that is the case I would say that he would no longer need a permission
slip to go into Hogsmeade.
